NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! The only time we make exceptions is if there is an issue on our end.
All of the items we sell are customized. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us within 3 business days after the order has been delivered.
If the items are damaged or have anything incorrect about them due to us, we will fix the issue of course!
Once the post office has your items, we are not responsible if they are delayed in shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order you have 2 business days to email us. After that will we not cancel it.
